Can I make an account today?
Not yet. OneProfileID is in development. This page explains the direction and lets you explore a sample connection. Get in touch if you’d like to use it or build with it.
Will it work on every website?
Sites would need to integrate OneProfileID before you could use it to sign in. We plan to start with Flygon products and then support other developers. It won’t automatically replace your existing accounts elsewhere.
Does one account mean every app sees everything?
No. The design separates authentication from access to information. Each app should request only what it needs, and connections should be reviewable and revocable. Those controls are part of the product we intend to build.
Can I build with OneProfileID?
That’s the plan. We’re interested in hearing from developers who want to offer OneProfileID on their own sites. Integration details, availability, and pricing will be shared as the product takes shape.
